Gregory T. Lutz

Greg started his career as an auditor in the Sacramento, CA office of Ernst & Young LLP focusing on health care clients. He was licenced as a CPA from 1997 to 2000. After obtaining his CPA certificate and gaining valuable audit experience he joined Intel's finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst in their Networking Communications Group and worked to close acquisitions in the communications integrated circuit market valued at over $4 billion. He then broadened his business experience by taking the role of Strategic Marketing Manager of Intel's Optical Product Group.

Following Intel, Greg's experience has spanned more than a decade managing the accounting departments of distinguished Sacramento companies. Greg worked as the Divisional Controller of Teledyne Inc.'s Wireless Division in Rancho Cordova, CA, and most recently Greg held the CFO title at Valley Healthcare Systems Inc. which in 2005 and 2006 was noted among the fastest growing US companies on such distinguished lists as Inc Magazine's "Inc 500" and the Sacramento Business Journals "Fastest Growing Companies".

As a seasoned finance executive with a wide range of experience, Greg has negotiated three different debt agreements including an $8 million bank line of credit. He has implemented new business systems, and made significant improvements in company cash flow positions. Today with clients experiencing industry downturns, Greg has helped companies in their efforts to reduce costs and preserve cash flow.

Greg holds an MBA and a B.S. in Finance both from California State University, Chico.
